Key of David

My heart knows that we are all called to the many things that God offers us. Through our own unique gifts and talents that only he could have deposited in us, we are working with him through the Holy Spirit to bring forth Glory to him. Let all things we consume ourselves with give him Glory. Through his grace to us through time we are able to do all kinds of different things for him and it should never become dull. We have the Word of God, We have the Holy Spirit to talk to, We have our Church to build up and encourage, We have people who have not heard the Good News of the Gospel, We have treasure to build up to heaven, we have time to arise a sweet smelling sacrifice to the Lord, We can worship him through song, pray in the spirit, prophesy over the nations and each other, be encouraged through others testimony and interpretation of the word, we can give to others, Like Paul explains how some people could not even look at moses face because of the Glory, then how much more Glory should we have in our lives because the Holy Spirit lives in us.

Paul says that we should not forget what happened to us on that day we were saved. David delighted so much in God, his hard times and good. Let us encourage one another like Paul who says that we are pressed from every side for doing the works of the Lord, but its ok because this light God has deposited in us, the same Glory light that radiated off Moses, is only held in a perishable container.
Paul tells the Corininthian church, I am not boasting at all, but there were days i went without food, i was stoned, shipwrecked, whipped, beaten thrown in jail and yet i know its all for his goodness, and soon I will be with the Lord.

In the excitement we have deep in our hearts to give, let us give in that moment we get excited about it Paul says, otherwise soon it will go away and the enemy may take it. In this continual fight we must remember that all objects, all persons all things of this earth are only temporary and to take heart the advantage that God has blessed us by his grace that we are finding joy in them always, never to take advantage of anything and think that it was by our own doing that we have what we have in front of us. All things are blessings by his grace. Isaiah says that the Lord says He can rebuke the sea and dry it up in a second. Isaiah says who are we to complain about anything? Does God not know what he is doing? Does the Clay say to the Potter, "You're doing it wrong?". Everything is placed by Gods mighty hand in our life, not to boast for ourselves but only for his goodness. Paul says we could in fact boast about many things, How God took him up into heaven once and shows him great visions and tells him things, but if I boasted I would be stupid to do so.

Revelations talks about the Key of David, beyond everything God gives us in spiritual gifts, the greatest gift of giving (His Son) and talents, treasures, reward, blessing and the great gift of salvation and many other promises that seem endless, because he in fact is endless in his kindness and Mercy and Grace, There is a Key. As of a few months ago I always considered it to be worship from the heart, for we know that God is searching our hearts for Genuine Worship, one translation I have reads in Psalms 33 The Lord gazes down from heaven where he lives. He has made their hearts and closely watches EVERYTHING they do" Other scriptures tell us he also judges our motives and affections.  David constantly asked God to search his heart for righteousness, and if there is any sin he in unaware of, please bring it to light. Pslams 52:23 says "But true praise is a worthy sacrifice; this really honors me. Those who walk my paths will receive my paths will receive salvation from the Lord"

We know that God loves Honor, in fact the angeles are continually singing around the throne in revelation 4:11
"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
in Isaiah 22:22 it says
I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
Then Revelation 3:7 says
"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

David says in Psalms 27:4  "
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
I believe since the Lord is searching our hearts and motives for true worship that gives him real Honor, the one true desire in Davids heart was truly to worship the Lord. And beyond all the great things we get to experience as Christians to hold a place of Honor in Gods heart, is also a desire of mine, and Like David I pray that the Lord search my heart and bring any darkness in there to light until all that is in my heart is that ONE desire.

TASK. FAITH. THE RETURN.

Surely as I was reading this ("Search me O' GOD")  the Lord spoke to me about  THREE pillars for steadfastness, holiness, power, authority, and glory....

 REVELATION: TASK, FAITH, RETURN.

Revelation 3:25 Just keep on TASK, and keep the FAITH until I RETURN. And as for those who conquer through faithfulness even unto death and continue to labor with me until the close of the final curtain,

I will give them authority over the nations.
And they will rule the nations with an iron scepter,
as fragile clay jars are shattered to pieces* (*literally repent )

As I received this authority from my Father, I will bestow the morning star to the victor.

Let the person who is able to hear, listen to and follow what the Spirit proclaims to all the churches.

what is the TASK?? I like how the translation I have chose this word, I tend to use the word "ASSIGNMENT".Where does it come from? It's the secret time with the Lord. Fellowshipping with God, communing with God. Hearing whats on his heart. How does he want to use you? What does he want you to do? Do you ever have a drive or a pull within you? The voice of the Holy Spirit inside of you? The Lord uses us in so many ways.  The Lord has filled our hearts with Love. It's up to us to commune with God and find out how we can accomplish his will on earth. To pour out on others, that they may see his love, and we make our Father known to the lost.

scriptures on tasks/assignment to encourage you to STOP and hear what he's asking you to do:

Acts 20:24
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me--the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.

Romans 15:28

So after I have completed this task and have made sure that they have received this fruit, I will go to Spain and visit you on the way.

Psalm 16:5
"Lord, You have assigned me my portion and my cup, and have made my lot secure." You have made my lot secure.

Romans 8:28.
"Everything that happens fits into a pattern for good, to them that love God, to them that are called according to His purpose." What is that purpose? The very next verse, Romans 8:29 tells us precisely what God's purpose is. "That we might be conformed to the image of His Son."

Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,

COME AS A CHILD

                                                    COME AS A CHILD:

This came to me as i was laying down and relaxing to fall asleep.

I was following Jesus on a path of rocks (similar to the picture)

"OUCH!" i said the rocks were hurting my feet as i walked on them and i tripped over a bigger  rock on the path. The Holy Spirit said (I knew he was next to me) Psalm 91:12 to me "They will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone"

I looked at Jesus and he laid a fabric down for me. such a relief because i remember the rocks being pretty hot. "much better" i said as i started to follow him more swiftly.

Then Jesus laid down another fabric on top of the first one (these are very long pieces of fabric)
"NOW this feels good" i thought to myself. i no longer felt the rocks that were hurting my feet and making me focus on the ground and my steps. Now i was moving so swiftly and fast paced.

A THIRD fabric he laid down and he said "Your walk will become easier now. The more you trust i am laying the path the easier it becomes"

Then i realized I was a child version of me, and i just starred at Jesus. He starred back at me. We just starred, all sound stopped and it was a sense of heavy tangible peace.

There is rest in him. We are his children, he wants us to rest in the security of him being our Father! When you were little do you remember admiring your parents? your Dad? Thinking he was a super hero? That anything was possible with Dad? It's that same child-like admiration we have to keep ourselves in. Would a child argue with doctrine? Would a child judge? Would a child act pridefull? well maybe, but only because they are confident in who their Father is! We should always remain fascinated and excited about God, I encourage you to press into the knoledge of God, the mysteries of God, the deep wells he has stored inside of us. Amen!

DIE TO SELF

Revelation: POVERTY OF SPIRIT

Matthew 5:3: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

I said "Jesus I would have died for you". as i was sitting in traffic on the 101 on the way to a church service at angeles temple.I began to start thinking about if I was standing in the face of death, would I die for him. I suddenly heard in my heart of hearts, yes I would have. I felt so much love and started CRYING MY EYES OUT!
How great it must have been- standing in the face of death and just knowing the TRUTH. seconds before entering the eternal kingdom. What a privilege it is to live for him, and also what a privilage it is to die for him as well.

ok so anyways, I'm driving and i say "Lord i would have died for you" and he said "yes-you WOULD have", and then he said...

"You can still die for me NOW" suddenly in my mind, I saw everything I was holding on to. including my own will, things, people, all kinds of things!

THOSE WORDS SPOKE A SWORD THROUGH MY HEART. maybe the most piercing thing the Lord has ever spoken to me, I said in return,

"Lord, I will die right now, to myself. I am NOTHING without you"

 Paul said "I die daily"
What other God has died for our sins?? THERE IS NO ONE ABOVE OR BESIDE HIM!!! All this time has past. The root, the offspring of David, the messiah, Yeshua, Jesus of Nazareth, DIED so we could have LIFE in him. He knew us in the womb, He knew the hairs on our head, he suffered and died and rose again. To remain poor in sprit, we have to die also.

some devotions I wrote after:

Lord- never let me be in a place where i forget everything you have done for me. Let not a day go by where you are not first and last Lord. Lord- you reign over all things- you provide and set the path for me.

Let not a day go by where i don't hear your voice and lay in your shadow of rest. Lord let not a day go by where i am not claiming territory in your kingdom. let not a person come to me and not feel the love you died to show us.

Lord remind me of my devotion to die for you like you died for me.

thank you Lord for giving me a life and purpose through your work on the cross.
Thank you for loving me first, though i did not love you.

Let me not put anything before you- even your precious blessings which i don't deserve Lord. Let nothing separate us.
Thank you for blessing me with things that i need you to provide Lord so i draw more near to you. i want to rely on you for EVERYTHING!!!

hola!

I have decided to blog my revelation journal in hopes that it may help others.
I have been told i am "too spiritual/ too serious" about 3 times. At first i thought there was something wrong with me, but i came to the scripture JOHN 6:68 where Simon Peter says "BUT LORD TO WHOM SHAL WE GO? YOU HAVE THE WORDS OF ETERNAL LIFE" Only a certain amount of people took heed and allowed everything that the Lord offered. some will follow a while, some will believe, but not all are interested in all the words of eternal life. I challenge you to question everything in your day...."DID GOD REALLY SAY??" the enemy will say to you. YOU HAVE TO STAND ON THE WORD, because when everything else goes, its all that remains. its truly a war out there.
